About David Otto
David Otto is a former prosecutor, defense attorney and civil litigator with exceptional trial experience. He has been practicing law in Nevada for 16 years.
Mr. Otto graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in 1986. He obtained his law degree from the New England School of Law in 1993. He moved to Nevada to work as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Brent T. Adams, Judge of the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada.
In addition to his many years in private practice as a civil litigator and criminal defense attorney, Mr. Otto was Senior Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada. While there he prosecuted financial crimes.
Mr. Otto has completed many jury trials and has litigated a diverse set of Civil and Criminal Cases. He has litigated Products Liability, Wrongful Death, Murder, Financial Crimes, Business Disputes, Mining Cases, Real Estate Cases and his favorite - Disability Rights and Civil Rights Cases, to name but a few.
Mr. Otto is a member of the Nevada State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and the Massachusetts State Bar.
