Cosmopolitan to become a Hilton?

Can they sell you one thing, tell you when it will be ready, then just ignore that fact?  Can they sell you one thing and deliver another?  Can they make you wait years after taking your money?  Most likely not. 
 
Recent news reports show that the Cosmopolitan Condominium Project may well become a Hilton - under a new name - "Denizen".  There's talk about changing many design elements.  Is this what you bought?
